Problem

No1. Editors Waste Time Sorting & Reviewing Raw Footage

According to one rule of thumb in post-production: “One hour of interview footage will take 4 hours to review and select.”

No2. Choosing the “Best Take” Is Subjective, Slow, and Requires Constant Rewatching

“Typical shooting ratio of 6:1 to 10:1” → Means editors often review 6–10x the runtime of final footage.

No3. Metadata is fragmented across teams, so, collaboration is slower and prone to miscommunication

Inconsistent metadata formats and terms make it difficult to unify data across teams and impede decision-making.
